RESOURCES
There are lots of books and podcasts, etc, on decluttering, but I like to focus on ones that focus on storytelling, on intentionality, and leave out any shame or one-size-fits-all thinking. Here are some resources that I base my work on that you may also want to explore!
The Show, "The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning" on Peacock
This show is what inspired me to create Soft Spaces. It is such a gentle, intentional, life-changing way to think about our belongings in a bigger context. Disclaimer: The show is surprisingly not completely family friendly, so be aware if you do watch it!! It would be such an inspiring thing to watch before starting a decluttering project--I highly reccomend!!
Here are books I reccommend for the cleaning out process. I own all of these books, and you are welcome to borrow them from me for a month if you are my client. You can also find them at your public library, or on the Libby app!

I will add more resources and trusted businesses as I go along!
